(My Favourite) Chocolate Cake

This is the recipe of my favourite chocolate cake how you can see from the title.

INGREDIENTS:

• 200g of dark chocolate
• 200g of butter
• 200g of sugar
• 4 eggs
• a pinch of salt
• 4 spoonful of flower

METHOD:

• Melt the chocolate in a pot with a bit of butter
  
  
  
  
• Then add the butter and the sugar; amalgamate all the 3 ingredients until we have a sort of cream
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Let cool down the cream and then add the yolks one by one
  
• Whisk the eggs white and then add them too
  
  
  
  
• Finally add the flower
  

*A LITTLE SECRET*

Before putting your baking paper in th casserole, dunk it in water, so it will become more moldable and easy to place in the casserole.

• Put all the composed in the casserole
  

• Bake everything in the oven at 180° C for 25/30 minutes - it isn't good looking at all, but I swear the taste isn't like how we see it
